Customer Service

Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Affairs department would be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please CONTACT US and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Please, be confident that we will do our best to address you as soon as possible.

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow two (2) to seven (7) business days for delivery of in-stock items (for New Zealand deliveries only). Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 10 business days.

For international orders, please note all amounts shown on ONnutrition.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars. Please place the order as normal and we will email you with a no obligation quote for shipping, alternatively you can contact us with the products you want to order:

International Shipping Policy:

International orders shipped via New Zealand Post. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not be able to issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Import duties may apply - please check with your local customs office.

Shipping Locations

We do not ship to any PO or APO addresses. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for merchandise purchased through onnutrition.co.nz for which 95% or more of the product is unused. Please be prompt; all returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date, and no returns will be accepted after this time period. You may ship your return using the carrier of your choice.

Be advised that the original packing slip is required for all refunds/reimbursements. Refunds/reimbursements are always made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for such credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit by other parts(post office members, carrier companies etc) lost or stolen merchandise.

Apparel & Promotional Items

At this time we do not accept return of apparel and promotional items.

Back Orders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there’s a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand.

Delays

Please note that all orders will be shipped upon confirmation of payment. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours on regular business days. Upon placing your order you will receive a receipt by email. If an email receipt is not received, click on Contact Us link for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with the payment confirmation, or our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control.

From time to time we may send out email messages alerting you that products are available, to remind you about providing feedback or for promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication from us: 1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes such as winning a contest. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they will contain promotional materials from onnutrition.co.nz

Supplementation

We may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your orders are delivered. We do this since we want to make sure that our members receive the order and to lower costs associated with our programs.
