N.O. MIGHT BOOST ENDURANCE

mara.jpgSupplements containing the amino acid L-Arginine are typically used by strength athletes for pump promotion. New research from the University of Exeter suggests that N.O. boosting supplements might significantly increase stamina during high-intensity exercises like cycling, running or swimming. The arginine-containing N.O. booster scientists analyzed improved race performance between 1% and 2%.

True Strength Moment: For world-class athletes, crossing the finish line 1% faster could make the different between first and last place. For recreational athletes, the differences are less dramatic. But if your goal is to beat a personal best, a NO supplement might offer the boost you need to succeed.
